Main officer of Tibet, Dongjiebu King,wander in India,China and Kangzang.He possesses profound knowledge and prophetic wisdom.He built 128 stupas and 128 bridges in Tibet,Ganzi and Qinghai .He founded Yao Wang Temple in Tibet and created many historical operas in Tibet,he is the initiator of Tibet opera.He made much contribution yo medicine and found the knack of white pill which can all diseases of internal medicine and the red pill which can cure prevailing pestilence.He died in Kang area when he was 125 year old who is the oldest one in Tibet.He was a famous and influential master in architecture,Buddhism,opera,Tibetan medicine and bridge.He possessed remarkable achievements in all his life and did much contribution to later generations.He trudged in Hailuogou,Yanzigou and Dadu River Valley and built temples,Manidui and stupa there.In the summer of 1705,he came to the building site of Luding Bridge and found that the craftsmen were worried about how to build the iron chain.So he guided ,the craftsmen suspended a iron chain 40 Zhang long and 1000 kg weight,Dongjiebu King blow the whelk for 3 times which made the projects finished successfully.
　　After the construction of Luding Bridge ,he built a temple in the west slope of Hailuogou and slept in a glacier cave in the forest,pattered every morning and and evenfall,pilgrimage facing Mt. Gongga and attracted scores of birds to listen to him.After his department,all the birds still gathered there and then as before.There growed a lot of trees and flowers on the cave.One day he appeared in his student's dream and told him that the cave he ever lived has been pointed as "Efficacious Stone in Hailuo".The valley he had trudged was called "Hailuogou".This is how the name of "Hailuogou" and "Efficacious Stone in Hailuo" come.
　　After the exploration of Hailuogou to scenic area,it as attracted countless people's pilgrimage to the Efficacious Stone in Hailuo.And there are often Living Buddha Lama and Buddhist come to the Efficacious Stone to hang kha-btags,patter and fell down jinns.
